that neck collar it's not just from shakespeare's and french empire's..it is also from all the 15th/16th century clothes in europe.

I got the elizabethian collar reference right away (and your explanantion robbed me of my chance to dazzle you with my brilliant insight :P ) I love the merging of periods that it heralds. Very effective (especially when it adorns a spaghetti strap tank top) Your colours and brushwork are completely beautiful.
